Based on the popular Inhaling Sea Gull meme.

As the party explores a coastal town, they are approached by a frantic dock worker named Blark Mememan whose hair is lightly singed.

He begs the party for assistance against a small group of sea gulls that are shooting tiny pieces of fire at people and causing panic.

Blark notes he was transferring a baggie of lozenges from a local alchemist when the sea gulls swooped in and ate the lozenges inside

The lozenges give the spellcasting ability to the seagulls, but it seems as though they need to cock their head wayyyy back to shoot the fire bolts, taking one round to do so.

In total there are 2d10 sea gulls that ate the lozenges and they are very slowly burning down the docks with each squawk.

Even worse, ships are refusing to come in to port until the problem is dealt with

Blark offers the remaining lozenges and a few gold pieces as a reward if the party can deal with they birds quickly

    What would your party do?
